band-aid theory

Broken hearts don't always heal. Not in time, not at all. Broken and bruised hearts can't survive just on band-aids. It takes time, better yet, it takes a lot of strength to stitch up the pieces. Bu these pieces don't always fit - sometimes, they are so lost in time, so lost in space, that they are unable to be found or even to fit in with the rest of the puzzle. Without hope, or any better plan, there's always the good old band-aid, which doesn't heal, but at least it keeps the pieces from falling apart.

It's cloudy outside. Rainy. Cold. the weather acts like the perfect mirror of a broken heart. Of a torned soul and a tortured mind. The heart is more than just a muscle. It is sensitive, fragile - it has a soul and a mind of its own. Unfortunately, without a body it s importance is reduced to nothing. And this makes it even more fragile than it already is - it makes it exposed to other hearts. Exposed to love.

Love is a rather strong word. And it is highly over-rated. It is easy to say i love you, but it's even easier to say goodbye or to lie. The heart is easily fooled - it is as easy to fool it as it is to break it. Love isn't bulletproof and hearts don't have armors that are strong enough to protect them from the firefight. Love is the fire, the gun and the bullet. The pieces are what's left of the heart. Now broken, shattered. And no one would be able to predict this firefight. Maybe someone just thought of hell and it happened, and the what ? Everybody fires and everybody burns. Even though the aim is never the same, there's always collateral damage. Even though everybody suffers, there's always one goddamn lucky mother fucker that gets out without a scratch, with a long lost heart in his bloody hands. The point is, the fight is never fair - there's always a winner and a loser. The winner walks out unharmed and with a trophy. The loser has nothing left but a bloody hole on his chest.

No photos, please. A press conference will soon be held - as soon as i find a band-aid to keep the pieces together.
